Terms of Service

1) Agreement

These Terms govern your use of mistycedarparlor.com and related apps/services (the “Service”). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our posted policies.

2) Eligibility (21+)

The Service is intended only for users who are at least 21 years old and located where access is lawful. We may request age verification and may suspend/terminate accounts that fail verification.

3) Social casino disclosures (no gambling)

• The Service is a social casino for entertainment.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager or withdraw real money.
• No prizes or items of real-world value are awarded or redeemable.
• Virtual coins/credits have no cash value and are not a substitute for money.

4) Virtual coins/credits & purchases

We may offer virtual coins/credits (“Virtual Currency”) that you can use only within the Service. Virtual Currency is licensed to you, not sold, and is non-transferable. If we offer paid coin packs/in-app purchases: (a) purchases are for entertainment access to Virtual Currency, (b) prices and availability may change, (c) all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law, and (d) purchasing does not guarantee outcomes or improve odds beyond what the game rules state.

5) Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• No cheating, bots, reverse engineering, scraping, fraud, or exploiting bugs.
• No harassment, illegal content, IP infringement, or interference with the Service.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for suspected violations, security, or legal compliance. Upon termination, your license ends and Virtual Currency may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, games, content, and trademarks are owned by Misty Cedar Parlor or licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misty Cedar Parlor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if none), to the extent permitted by law.

9) Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

You and we agree to try to resolve disputes informally first by emailing us. If not resolved, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act, and not in court; class actions and representative claims are waived. If a court finds the waiver unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court while the rest remains in arbitration.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where arbitration rules or consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
