• Gameplay & community: game progress, scores, achievements, session activity, in-game chat or user content if enabled.
• Device & network: IP address, device identifiers, OS/browser, language, time zone, crash logs, approximate location from IP.
• Cookies & analytics: cookie IDs and events used for authentication, settings, and understanding usage.
• Payments (if you purchase): purchase history and transaction metadata. Payment card data is handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

• Provide and operate the Service (login, gameplay, saves, purchases).
• Improve performance, debug, prevent fraud/abuse, and secure accounts.
• Personalize settings and remember preferences.

8) US state privacy rights (CA/CO/VA/CT/UT)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: (a) access/confirm processing, (b) delete, (c) correct, (d) obtain a copy/portability, (e) opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling, and (f) appeal certain decisions (CO/VA/CT). California residents may also have rights to know categories collected/disclosed and to limit use of sensitive personal information (if applicable).

Authorized agents may submit requests for California with proof of authorization. You may opt out of applicable targeted advertising/sharing by contacting us; if we provide an in-product setting, it will be honored where required.
